I am recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant (Billings or Sales Ledger Executive) to work for an international B2B services provider based near London Bridge (SE1).

This is a progressive opportunity for someone with 6 months+ experience to join a small but friendly invoicing and revenue team. The role will allow for career growth within the other accounting functions within the business and study support is offered for those wishing to become fully qualified.

Reporting to the Head of UK Credit and Billing, this role will involve working closely with another Sales Ledger Assistant and alongside two Credit Controllers, producing invoices for all UK service lines and providing support to the Credit Manager whenever necessary.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking responsibility for raising invoices on a daily basis
  • To ensure all invoices requested by the business are raised promptly and accurately
  • To ensure the generic email invoice inbox is constantly monitored, actioned and cleared of all requests by the end of the day
  • To provide general assistance to the Credit Manager and Credit Controllers at all times with invoice and ad hoc duties
  • To ensure client statements are sent out on a monthly basis and within the specified time limit
  • To resolve all invoice related queries that arise and assist the Credit Manager and Credit Controllers to resolve all and any invoice related queries
  • Supporting month end billing processes

Salary : 25000 - 27000
