Accounts Payable Supervisor - Solihull£35,000 - £40,000 | Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based (Monday - Friday)

We're working with a well-established and growing business in the Solihull area that is looking to recruit a confident and capable Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their friendly finance team.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the AP function, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payment runs

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a small, experienced AP team

• Acting as the go-to person for escalations, process improvements, and cross-departmental queries

• Supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting

• Driving improvements in systems, controls, and procedures

• Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business

• Solid background in Accounts Payable with proven leadership or supervisory experience

• Proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail and process improvement

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team leadership

• Confident using finance systems (SAP, Sage. COINS or similar)

• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing priorities in a dynamic environment

• Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
