Accounts Payable Senior - FRS Ltd : Job Details

We are recruiting a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk for a highly recognised business based in Wellingborough. You will be working in a fantastic office environment, fresh interiors and given a fair salary of around £30-35k depending on experience.

Working as part of a small finance team, you'll be mainly responsible for management of the Purchase Ledger but occasionally picking up some Sales Ledger activity too. The ideal candidate will have experience working on both sides of the fence!

Duties Will Include: Registering & processing invoicesRaising payments on the online banking systemMatching invoices off against paymentsDealing with suppliers chasing paymentMonitoring/ reviewing the integrity of the individual purchase ledger accounts and supplier account reconciliationsOccasionally picking up occasional Sales Ledger duties including - sending sales invoices, matching up invoices, raising intercompany rechargesSupporting the Financial Controller with their month-end activityKnowledge of submitting CIS returns would be advantageous
