ccounts Payable Officer | £15 - £16 per hour (via an umbrella company) | Temporary to Permanent | Hybrid | Manchester:

We are currently recruiting an exciting position with a Not-For-Profit organisation in Bolton, who are looking to bring in an adaptable and progressive Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary to permanent contract.

Our client is currently going through some exciting changes and improvements, including brining in a new finance system! Now is a great time to join the organisation and get involved in various projects. They can offer hybrid working after an initial in-office training period as well as free onsite parking.

Duties:

• Support with monthly balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals
• Managing the General and Utilities ledger
• Processing high volume invoices and paperwork
• Dealing with any supplier queries
• Preparing payment lists for payment runs

Experience:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong excel skills with great attention to detail
