Join our Finance Transactional Services Department as an Accounts Payable Manager. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead and enhance the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with internal controls. You will be instrumental in supervising a dedicated team, driving performance, and maintaining seamless operations in collaboration with various departments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise the Accounts Payable team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage high volumes of invoices and AP mailboxes, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Compliance and Collaboration: Adhere to strict internal and audit controls, while working closely with operational teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and actively propose process enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum experience managing teams within Finance Transactional Services, with comprehensive knowledge of the P2P process.
• Skills: Exceptional numeracy, robust communication, and strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Qualifications: A-Level education, with GCSEs in Maths & English at grade C or above. Professional qualifications such as AAT or a relevant degree are desirable.
