Accounts Payable Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Reporting to: Finance ManagerWorking Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekLocation: Redhill (Completely office based role!)________________________________________About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a dynamic finance team. This role will focus primarily on managing the Purchase Ledger for two entities within a growing professional services group. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting smooth operational processes.

Their collaborative model helps clients improve efficiency, reduce costs, and access specialist expertise without fully outsourcing.________________________________________Key Responsibilities•    Accurately process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders•    Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies•    Manage finance inboxes and respond to queries from suppliers and internal teams•    Prepare and execute weekly payment runs•    Process employee expenses and company credit card statements•    Perform daily bank reconciliations•    Provide general administrative support, including answering calls•    Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and provide cover during team absences________________________________________What We’re Looking For•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role•    Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with Xero is a plus)•    High attention to detail and accuracy•    Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities________________________________________Perks & Benefits•    20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays•    Company pension scheme•    Free on-site parking
