This role is a 6 month temporary contract for an Accounts Payable supervisor in the Accounting & Finance department of a prominent industrial and building and construction. The successful applicant will be based in Maldon Essex.

Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments.
• Manage and mentor a team of Accounts Payable clerks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Resolve any arising invoice discrepancies or payment issues.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Team supervisor should have:
