Known for its collaborative and down-to-earth team culture, the business is now looking for a capable and diligent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their accounts team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, office-based role.Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate supplier records
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Process, post, and allocate supplier invoices promptly
- Handle purchase ledger queries and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
- Record and reconcile credit card expenses and monthly statements
- Maintain well-organised files and support administrative tasks
- Assist the scanning team and complete ad hoc duties as needed
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable within the property sector
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
- Experience with accounting systems - Horizon preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
