Accounts Payable Clerk - Accountancy Action : Job Details

Are you a meticulous and organised individual who is fully conversant in all aspects of Accounts Payable? My client is looking to recruit a technically sound finance professional to take responsibility for their Accounts Payable function. This is a key role that will allow you to utilise your Accounts Payable skills to their full potential.

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with suppliers and equally be adaptable to supporting the team in other areas of Finance.

Key Duties:

• Timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and expenses
• Processing credit notes
• Resolving supplier and payment queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing payment runs
• Maintaining accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Month-end close

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable
• High volume processing experience
• Strong query resolution skills
