We're looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's friendly and supportive team on a temporary basis—with the exciting possibility of a permanent role for the right person!

• Process and match around 1,000 invoices per month across two dynamic brands.
•  Monitor the supplier invoice inbox, respond to queries, and handle inbound calls with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to resolve mismatches and discrepancies.
• Assist with bi-monthly payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supplier statement reconciliations and document filing.

• Experience in accounts payable.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
