Accounts Payable Assistant Trainee - Grafton Banks Limited : Job Details

Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a well-established, growing business with offices in the Bexhill-On-Sea area. Our client is looking to recruit a finance graduate or trainee accounts assistant, on a temporary 3-month initial basis. This role is an exciting opportunity for candidates will 6- 12 months minimum experience who are looking to develop within finance experience.

Duties may cover:

• Processing invoices
• Preparing and running monthly payments and allocating the payments.
• Ad-hoc payments
• Liaising across the business, resolving any queries, on a day-to-day basis.
• Daily oversight of accounts payable inbox
• Supplier statements and reconciliations, processing payments and resolving any queries.

Skills/experience desired:

• Available on immediately notice, ready to start a temporary position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to gain more experience within finance/accounting
• 3-12 months minimum prior experience within a finance position.

Additional Information:

• This is an office-based role, so the successful candidate must be based locally and able to commute daily to the Bexhill/St Leonards-on-Sea area.
