Accounts Payable Assistant - SRM RECRUITMENT LIMITED : Job Details

My client, a fast-paced retailer, are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Accounts Payable Specialist to keep their finance function running smoothly. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have strong AP experience, this role is for you.

The position is a 6-month FTC with potential for extension.

• Post and process invoices accurately
• Manage on-time supplier payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and credit cards
• Handle staff expenses with precision
• Maintain supplier accounts and approvals
• Build strong relationships with teams and suppliers
• Share responsibility for the AP inbox

• Proven Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced company (essential)
• Solid background in expenses, supplier reconciliations and credit card reconciliations (essential)
• High attention to detail with a fast, accurate working style
• Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
• Non-stock retail experience is a plus
