Accounts Payable Assistant - Altum Consulting : Job Details

Altum Consulting are working with an established property business to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 6-month FTC. This role will be based in the City of London and will offer hybrid working, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Candidates applying must be on a short notice period.

Accounts Payable Assistant role:

• Processing a high volume of invoices for multiple entities
• Matching purchase orders
• Processing supplier payments
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Investigating discrepancies
• Confidently liaising with stakeholders
• Managing vendor accounts and resolving queries
• Identifying & implementing continuous process improvements

For this Accounts Payable Assistant role you'll be/have:

• Available on a short notice period (max 2 weeks)
• Experience in an Accounts Payable focused role
• Experience with a high volume of invoices for multiple entities
• Experience in retail/hospitality (or a similar fast-paced, multi-entity business)
• Experience with SAP and Excel (or other ERP systems)
• Excellent communication skills
