We are looking for someone who has worked in accounts payable and who has experience processing high volumes of invoices, along with someone who has a good eye for detail with great communication skills!

Accounts Payable Assistant Duties:

• Processing invoices
• Prepare payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Requesting credit and return notes
• Resolving invoice differences and queries
• Daily monitoring of accounts payable mailbox
