Accounts Payable Assistant - Citadel Source Limited : Job Details

Citadel Source is delighted to be working with a hospitality brand based in Bristol City Centre, who are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent role on a hybrid basis.

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. The role requires a good communicator who can complete the end-to-end accounts payable process, ideally with previous experience working with European stakeholders.

The role

• Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
• Processing supplier bills and credit notes
• Onboarding new supplier - completing credit checks
• Bank and Statements reconciliations
• Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
• Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
• Ad hoc finance-related activities

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• European stakeholder experience
• NetSuite experience (desired)

What the client has to offer

• A salary level of £26,000 to £29,000
