Accounts Payable Assistant - Reed : Job Details

We are working with well known client within the rail industry. They are looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable clerk who is immediately available to come in and input large volumes of purchase invoices. This will be 8.30 – 5.30, fully office based, in NW10.

The main duties of the role will include:

• Posting high volume purchase invoices to an invoice register
• Matching invoices to deliveries and subsequent transferring authorised invoices to the main accounting system
• Daily posting of bank transactions to the accounting system
• Adhoc accounting and admin tasks

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be immediately available, 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and have experience with Business Central, Dynamics or NAV.
