Your next opportunity:Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting an AP Assistant for our client in Newcastle. This role is based at the clients location and offers full time hours with a flexible working pattern.
The Role: - Processing invoices through invoice scanning.
- Managing your own portfolio customer base.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Supporting weekly payment runs.
- Month end queries handling and resolution including VAT.
- Processing expense claims.
- New account due diligence and set up.
- Supporting inbox management and response times.
As the ideal candidate: - Demonstrate good AP understanding and experience
- Happy to be a team player
- Strong systems know how / IT ability
- Able to work full time hours at the clients location
- 35 hours Monday - Friday
- Flexible working pattern
- 25 days holiday, 8 statutory and your birthday.
