Accounts Payable Temp – Until End of 2025

London | £140–£150 per day | 3 Days in-office

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a dynamic, sustainability-driven organisation on a temporary basis until the end of 2025 (with potential extension).

You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team supporting global renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth AP operations and accurate financial processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and triage AP inbox, ensuring queries are actioned promptly.
• Process purchase invoices using an OCR system with accuracy and speed.
• Liaise with finance and AP colleagues to resolve discrepancies.
• Support the Asset Management Team with AP processes, policies, and queries.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Produce aged creditors and debtors reports.

• Strong self-discipline with the ability to work independently.
• Solid understanding of AP processes (purchase orders, supplier invoices, approval workflows).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced finance function.
