This is a fantastic role for someone with a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, looking to develop their skills in accounts payable and contribute to a collaborative finance function.

• Verifying and processing invoices, credit notes, and statements.
• Communicating effectively with partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and statement queries, escalating when needed.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger account reconciliations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support financial workflows.
• Supporting the wider Accounts Payable team and contributing to departmental goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Maths, Finance & Business, or
• Relevant experience in an accounts payable or finance role.
• Familiarity with payment processes and Sage 200 (preferred but not essential).

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
