FRS are recruiting a number of Accounts Payable Administrators for an exciting & ambitious business to be based on the outskirts of Dublin!
The role will suit candidates with experience of Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger & who want to join a rapidly growing business who can offer long term career opportunities!
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice processing, payment management, and supplier database maintenance.
- Manage payments, ensuring they are timely and correctly allocated.
- Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and support the finance team.
- Maintain systems procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Set-up of new suppliers on the system.
- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to uphold financial integrity.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of new processes and systems.
