Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator (Temporary Contract)Location: Hybrid – 2/3 Days in Office - B98 (Mondays & Tuesdays, with potential for Wednesdays)Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, 45-minute lunch break)Rate: £12.21 per hourContract Length: 4 to 6 MonthsSAP Knowledge RequiredJob Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our clients finance team on a temporary basis. This full-time role is ideal for someone with previous SAP experience and a strong focus on data accuracy and efficiency. Hybrid working will be offered once comfortable with role. The position will be primarily office-based 2–3 days per week, with Mondays and Tuesdays required and Wednesdays as needed. Key Responsibilities:Accurate and timely input of invoices and financial documents into the SAP systemSupport the wider accounts payable team with administrative tasksAssist in maintaining and updating financial recordsLiaise with internal departments to ensure proper document handlingMonitor email inboxes and respond to supplier queries as requiredAdhere to company processes and compliance standardsRequirements:Proven experience with SAP in an accounts payable or finance environmentStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organisational and time management skillsComfortable working in a hybrid environmentThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-established organisation.
