Accounts Payable Administrator

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned organisation who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s purchase ledger and assist in transactional duties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume purchase invoices
- Matching invoices and delivery notes
- Reconciling of supplier and bank statements
- Posting transactions to journals and ledgers
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end activities
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Supporting audit and payroll
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a purchase ledger role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great attention to detail
