Accounts Payable Administrator - Nomad Foods : Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our diverse, high performing team. You will play a key role within with in our shared finance centre working for some of Europe’s most well known frozen food brands including Birdsye, Findus, Aunt Bessie and Goodfella Pizzas.

About the role:

The purpose of this position is to undertake the day-to-day accounts payable activities including managing our accounts payable ledger, receiving, opening, and logging invoices, performing vendor reconciliations, expense report handling and resolving vendor queries.

Key Accountabilities:

• Timely and efficient processing of supplier invoices into the system and that all related issues are either resolved or escalated to the appropriate person
• Accurately process three-way match vendor invoices, matching vendor invoice to the goods receipt/purchase order
• Ensuring resolution of queries on mismatched invoices and orders in conjunction with procurement and business teams
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any resulting queries & discrepancies which may arise with missing or held invoice
• Support team members with workload during times of absence or high activity, to ensure business needs are met

About you:

Applicants must have previously worked within an Accounts Payable team. Experience in invoice processing, query resolution, P/O and GRNI is essential. The successful candidate must have the ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. SAP experience is desired.

• Previous AP Experience
• German speaking
• Previous experince using SAP (desirable)
• Experience in invoice processing, query resolution, P/O and GRNI
• Ability to make timely and rational decisions based on relevant information and experience
• Ability to effectively manage suppliers through strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong planning and organising skills. The ability to meet deadlines is essential.
