Our client is a dynamic, multi-brand hospitality group with successful operations across the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Payable Administrator to join their collaborative finance team on a maternity cover contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Accounts Payable function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing, coding, and posting invoices
• Downloading invoices and statements from supplier portals
• Managing invoice authorisations and releasing payments
• Handling cheque requests, staff expenses, and petty cash reconciliations
• Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
• Preparing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
• Managing aged creditors and clearing overdue accounts
• Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Supporting with month-end tasks and year-end archiving
• Handling multi-site and foreign currency invoice postings
• Managing direct debit allocations and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Responding to supplier queries and managing the central inbox
• Contributing to ad hoc finance projects

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
• Hands-on experience with SUN Systems and Vision Excel (or similar)
• Excellent data entry and organisational skills
• Prior experience in a busy finance environment
