Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)

Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making rental payments and sending invoices
  • Invoicing on behalf of 3 companies
  • Managing figures and payments for 3 companies
  • Assisting with 3 admin tasks across 3 companies
  • Arranging & booking appointments
  • Chasing & inputting documents
  • Overseeing the admin tasks across 3 busy offices
  • Managing stationary orders
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining systems.

The successful candidate:

  • Experience of invoicing, banking and payments - essential
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
