Accounts Manager – Milton Keynes

Salary: £52,000 - £64,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of a well-established Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as first point of contact
• Overseeing accounts preparation
• Preparing Corporate Tax returns
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
