Management Accountant - Reed : Job Details

Management AccountantRedditch | £35,000 – £38,000 

We’re working with a well-established organisation in Redditch seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and support senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and control accounts
• Payroll processing 
• VAT returns and year-end accounts preparation
• Financial reporting and monthly journals
• Management Accounts (Month End)
• Intercompany invoicing and loan monitoring
• Support for external audits and ad hoc financial tasks

Requirements:

• AAT qualified or equivalent (or qualified by experience)
• Proficient in Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience in VAT 
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
