Henderson Scott have partnered with an established business based in Crewe to recruit an Accounts Coordinator. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our friendly and expanding client. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring all files are complete and compliant for client handovers
- Maintain accurate records for new and existing stock or services, including product and customer data
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready, with consistent updates to systems and filing structures
- Handle internal funding processes, including approvals, allocations, and time-sensitive reconciliations
- Work closely with the finance department to support:
- Month-end reconciliations
- Purchase order and invoice matching
- Accurate revenue recognition
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies or aged balances
- Maintain internal systems and databases (e.g. stock, orders, customer data) ensuring real-time accuracy
- Manage compliance-related tasks such as renewals, registrations, and time-sensitive submissions
Your Profile:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience in a sales support or finance administration role
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
- Confident working across teams, particularly with accounts and compliance functions
Salary:
£25,000 plus 25 days holiday, excellent company benefits and flexible working.
