Your Role:

• Overseeing and undertaking work across accounts and tax (60%) and audit (40%)
• Working closely alongside other Managers and Partners
• Reviewing work of junior members of staff
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, offering strategic financial guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
• Staying informed about changes across audit, accounts, and tax regarding laws and regulations, advising clients regulary.
• Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

What you need:

• Exposure to audit work
• Strong experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients in both sizes
• ACCA or ICAEW qualified
• Proficiency in accountancy and office software
• Experience reviewing work
• Recent accountancy practice experience
