• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion for a varied client base (SMEs, owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies).
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts under UK GAAP.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing technical support and development.
• Managing client relationships, advising on compliance, controls and business improvements.
• Working closely with partners on practice development and strategic projects.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience).
• Solid background in audit and accounts within a practice environment.
• Confident managing audits independently and liaising directly with clients.
