Position OverviewAs an Accounts / Audit Senior, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional accounting and auditing services to a diverse range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. You will work closely with Senior Auditors and Accounts Managers to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and the provision of high-quality advice and support to clients.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Liaise with clients to address enquiries and provide expert advice
Assist Senior Auditors and Accounts Managers with their portfolio of clients
Develop and oversee junior team members, providing guidance and support
Review the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
Maintain and develop strong client relationships through effective communication and face-to-face meetings
Supervise junior staff members, depending on experience
ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
