Accounts Assistant Role Overview

NC Associates are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our Deeside based client, who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their small but busy finance team. As the Accounts Assistant you will support the finance department and Finance Manager by preparing and completing accounting duties ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Sales invoice billing
• Processing payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing day to day transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly company accounts

Accounts Assistant Experience Required:

• Experience in a similar accounts role – 2 years
• Studying towards AAT Qualification
• Exceptional communication skills 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Ambition and drive to grow with the business
