About the Role:

CK Retail Stores Ltd. seeks a dedicated Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and support the smooth running of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconciling bank statements.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a similar accounts role.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero and Dext, which we use to upload receipts and invoices).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
