Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Our client based in Basildon is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their finance team on a temporary to permanent basis, with an immediate start available.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks, including:

• Processing invoices and managing purchase/sales ledgers
• Bank reconciliations and petty cash handling
• Assisting with month-end duties
• General administrative support within the finance team

• Previous experience in a similar accounts/finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to start immediately

• Competitive hourly rate: £12.50-£13.00
