RG Consultancy are working with a very well-established small business based in the Stockport area. We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support the accounts manager with the day-to-day management of the transactional duties.
Role Responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- All around purchase ledger and sales ledger support
- Processing transactions and card payments
- Dealing with customer queries via email and phone calls
- Managing and maintaining customer information and accounts
- General accounts and office admin support
Person Specification
- Strong IT skills including MS office, MS Excel
- Experience working in a purchase ledger, sales ledger or all-around accounts role
- Experience working within an office administration role with some accounts experience
- Experience with SAGE 50 is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills, verbal and written
