Bookkeeper / Finance Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Executive to join the team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting a wide range of client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records (purchases, sales, receipts, and payments)
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, payments, chasing debts)
- Process payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare financial reports and client statements
- Assist with tax preparation, including VAT returns and filings
- Use software such as Xero, Dext, and Bright Manager to manage records
- Communicate with clients on financial queries and updates
About You
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with good time-management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused
