Accounts Assistant - Robert Half : Job Details

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Assistant to assist them for 9 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices and client recharges, ensuring accuracy and timely collections
• Support AR and AP teams with banking transactions, payment runs, and maintaining audit trails.
• Collaborate with client teams to align spend, recharges, and reporting; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
• Perform reconciliations of media spend, balance sheets, and month-end reporting to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Contribute to audit support, month-end/year-end close, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Handle large data sets and investigating discrepancies.
• System - Xero/NetSuite

Profile:

The successful, temporary Accounts Assistant will have at least 3 year's experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in media or digital advertising finance.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Accounts Assistant role will be paying circa £35,000-£40,000 per annum (pro-rata), dependant on experience.
