Accounts Assistant sought by an industrial manufacturer, in their Ross-on-Wye office. With multiple locations across the globe, the company supplies to a range of industries including construction, aerospace, automotive and many more. Known formally within the business as Management Accountant, this is a permanent, full-time role based in Ross-on-Wye with 50% hybrid available after probation and flexible working from day one (core hours 10am-3pm).The Role:As an Accounts Assistant your duties will include:

• Budget planning and coordination
• Head office accounting and reporting
• Divisional accounting and reporting
• Intercompany recharge management
• Participation in Cost Centre Committee meetings
• Analysis and approval of quality claims
• Control of quality claims workflows

The successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• An Accounts background
• Ideally AAT or ACCA part qualified (or equivalent)
• An organised and analytical approach that enables you to deliver results and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
• Computer literacy in all MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
• Comfortable working in a small team

This role would be suitable for a recent graduate or junior Accounts professional with some commercial experience. Benefits:

• £28,000 - £30,000 salary depending on experience
