Accounts Assistant - Think Accountancy and Finance : Job Details

Think Accountancy & Finance are very excited to be partnering with a business in an industry that's anything but ordinary.

We are looking for an analytical, driven Accounts Assistant. We are open to a range of experience but you must be someone who loves to learn, you want to be part of a close-knit team, and you are looking to grow your finance knowledge.

Travel is involved, a car and willingness to travel is essential Temp-to-perm or permanent start

What You'll Be Doing

• Sending invoices and purchase orders
• Reconcile bank statements and daily revenue
• Post supplier invoices and run payment cycles
• Chase late payments and manage credit control
• Assist with year-end close and audits
• Spot opportunities to streamline workflows

What You Bring

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Solid grasp of debits, credits, and high-volume transactions
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Comfort working solo and as part of a team
