Accounts Assistant - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

A global organisation is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broader exposure across all areas of finance, working closely with and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately allocating incoming cash, processing daily payments, and maintaining a high-value ledger with precision. You will have exposure to both sides of the ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and play a key role in supporting month-end reporting. You'll be part of a collaborative and sociable team committed to delivering excellent service to both clients and internal stakeholders. There will also be opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives and grow your career within the company.

Skills required:

• Practical experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to learn and develop within the finance field
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis
