Accounts Assistant - Practice

• Annual Salary: £25,000 per annum plus study support
• Location: Holywell, North Wales
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join a firm dedicated to nurturing talent and developing business understanding and skills. We are seeking a Accounts Assistant who is eager to progress in their career, ideally with some accounting work experience and progress in accounting qualifications such as AAT, ACA, or ACCA.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work within a team to provide comprehensive accounting services to over 250 clients across various industries.
• Apply modern digital tools and innovative technologies in accounting practices.
• Engage in a wide range of work experiences to complement exam theory, enhancing both practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Collaborate with both current students and accountants who have successfully achieved their professional qualifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Accountancy Practice experience
• Progress towards, or completion of, AAT qualification; interest in pursuing ACA/ACCA qualifications.
• Keen to learn and adapt to the evolving accountancy landscape with innovative technology.
• Strong desire to improve business skills and contribute effectively to a team.
