Accounts Assistant, Solihull, £30,000-£35,000, Hybrid, Full or Part Time (30 hours per week part time basis) 1-2 days working from homeGreenwell Gleeson are recruiting for a large logistics business based in Solihull to recruit an Accounts Assistant. This role will suit someone who is either looking full time or Part Time (30 hours per week)Reporting to the Finance Controller, your responsibilities will include:Undertake all accounting administration from managing the departments post, incoming email, maintaining and filling of all records.Ensuring the accurate recording of all data within the accounting systemEntering transactional data into the accounting system - Purchase Invoices, Sales Invoices, Expenses, Credit Card transactionsDaily bank reconciliations for all bank accountsProcessing Monthly PayrollCredit ControlReconciliation of general ledgersMonthly journalsPreparing monthly prepayment and accruals for review prior to journal posting.Provide reports as requested from time to time by the Finance ControllerRequirementsPrevious experience in a finance or accounts-based roleConfident with ExcelGreat attention to detail and strong administrative skillsA team player with a proactive and positive attitudeGreenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.To find out more about how and why Greenwell Gleeson Ltd process your personal data in line with the data protection regime please go to the privacy notice on our website www.greenwellgleeson.co.uk
