Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Stockport

Remuneration: Salary of £13.18ph to £14.84ph

Contract Details: Temporary to permanent, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (flexible start time available)

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily banking transactions and update internal system with received payments
  • Run banking reports and accurately enter and reconcile bank transactions into Sage Line 50
  • Maintain the sales and purchase ledger system
  • Raise purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Issue supplier payments and process customer refunds
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team

To excel in this role, you should have a high level of IT skills and intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge Accounts systems would be desirable, but not essential.

Once you have successfully completed your probationary period, you will have the flexibility to work from home for up to 2 days per week.
