Description

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
• Carrying out bookkeeping duties and updating financial records
• Processing invoices and payments
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Assisting with budget preparation
• Performing administrative tasks related to the finance department
• Maintaining and improving financial procedures and controls
• Contributing to the team's overall performance and goals

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• The ability to work efficiently with a team
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Experience using financial software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

• Salary range: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
