Location: Bolton
Salary : up to £32,000

Currently working with a great company based in Bolton - who have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Assistant to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week and fully office based.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the company Finance Controller & Finance Director. You will be working across Predominately Sales Ledger Duties
- Responsible for all outstanding Payments / Invoices - Chasing outstanding debt and negotiating Payments
- Intensive Query Management & Resolution
- Working with a Portfolio of Clients - including Councils / Restaurants and Cafes
- Account Management - Updating Payment & Contact Details
- Allocation of Payments
- Assisting Finance Members across a range of Sales & Account Queries
Profile:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
- Strong Communication Skills
- Solid IT skills - including Microsoft Excel
- Can work to KPI / Targets
- Experience in Managing a Portfolio of Clients would be beneficial
