Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing payments & receipts for the group of companies across several countries and in a number of currencies
- Banking cash and cheques, supplier payments ,customer refunds and reward vouchers, Direct Debit collections
- Processing expenses claims
- Reconciliation and coding of Credit Card returns
- Reconciling bank statements
- General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
- Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness
Person Specification:
- Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience of SAP ideal but not essential as full training is given
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
