Talent Guardian are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client in Farnborough, Hampshire for a Temporary Accounts & Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Manage and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Welcome and assist visitors on site
  • Process Purchase Ledger payments
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Handle credit card reconciliations
  • Carry out payroll support and ad hoc admin tasks
  • Monitor site standards and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in administration and payroll support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Confident IT and Office software skills
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
The Details
  • Pay: £13.00 per hour
  • Hours: Part-time, 16–24 hours per week
  • Working pattern: Must be available Monday–Thursday between 8:30am – 4:30pm 
  • Contract: Temporary, reviewed December 2025
  • Start date: September 2025
