Talent Guardian are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client in Farnborough, Hampshire for a Temporary Accounts & Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Manage and direct incoming calls professionally
- Welcome and assist visitors on site
- Process Purchase Ledger payments
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Handle credit card reconciliations
- Carry out payroll support and ad hoc admin tasks
- Monitor site standards and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration and payroll support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Confident IT and Office software skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
The Details
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Hours: Part-time, 16–24 hours per week
- Working pattern: Must be available Monday–Thursday between 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Contract: Temporary, reviewed December 2025
- Start date: September 2025
