Accounts Administrator - Based in BuryPermanent, Full-time, Office based, free parking£25,000 - £27,0000 per annum dependent on experienceWe are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our client who are local company in the area. Working for three separate divisions within the company, the role is varied and involves many different aspects of accounting while also including liaising with customers and some administrative tasks.Job Description - Summary

  • Producing sales invoices
  • Allocating cash received to customer accounts - resolving queries as required
  • Credit control via telephone and email - logging all calls
  • Issuing copy invoices, monthly statements
  • Processing the company purchase ledger and issuing supplier payments
  • Account and statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly & Weekly Wages and submissions to HMRC
  • CIS payments and submissions to HMRC
  • VAT Returns

The position requires:

  • A Working knowledge of SAGE Line 50 & SAGE Payroll
  • A competent level of Word, Excel, email & online banking
  • Some experience of VAT Returns
  • That you MUST LIVE WITHIN AN EASILY COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF BURY (BL9 postcode)
  • £25,0000 - £27,0000 PER ANNUM
