Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily accounts payable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Support European bank reconciliations and VAT compliance.
- Liaise with third-party accountants to provide accurate financial data.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records and verify banking changes.
- Assist with financial reporting and cover for colleagues during absences.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level or Graduate-level education (or equivalent).
- Actively studying towards AAT or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Basic accounting experience (from study, practice, or business).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (e.g., Sage).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
