Key Responsibilities:
- Process external and intercompany invoices with precision and efficiency
- Be the go-to problem solver for vendor queries, ensuring seamless transactions
- Input new AP accounts and validate intercompany invoices to maintain accuracy
- Maintain meticulous accounts payable ledgers, including reconciliations and statement reviews
- Prepare and process payments with attention to detail
- Conduct daily credit card validations and generate month-end reports
- Keep our financial records organised with accurate filing and archiving procedures
- Analyse accounts as needed, providing insightful reporting for audits and period close
- Record payments meticulously in the cash book and accounting system
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements in internal control processes
- Review and raise invoices, ensuring revenue accuracy and reconciliation
- Provide administrative support including processing employee expenses and fleet reporting
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise
- Practical knowledge of VAT on purchases to navigate financial complexities
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration within teams
